Employee Attrition Prediction & Retention Analysis
Analyzed 1,470 employee records with a team to identify attrition risk factors and develop business recommendations. Built prediction models with Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and CatBoost, presented in an interactive Streamlit dashboard.

Applied and analyzed machine learning models as a final project, covering regression, classification, and clustering.
